Data collection on this website, how it's used, and what we don't do. Policy effective September 19, 2026.

The quote tool

The quote form collects six data points—sex, date of birth, health self-assessment, tobacco use, coverage goal and desired term—then sends them to the carriers' quoting service for rate results. This site doesn't store those answers. Names, addresses, phones and emails are never asked to view quotes. Same requests may be cached briefly so the quoting service isn't called twice.

Applying

Choose apply and your answers pre-fill the secure form run by the carriers' system; then you continue under that platform's privacy policy. Applications go through Susman Insurance Agency, a California licensed insurance agency (License 0B75129).

The contact form

Contact form requests your name, email, an optional telephone, preference for reply method, a topic, and your message. The form forwards these to the agency by email; your email serves as the reply-to address. This website stores no copy, no database of submissions, no message log. Brief anti-spam validation runs in your browser before sending.

Measurement

Visit tracking happens here through first-party, cookieless measurement hosted on this domain. No persistent identifiers or cookies; your IP address is partially masked before storage; query strings from referrer links are dropped; server logs older than 90 days are purged. Devices with Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control enabled are never tracked.

What we do not do

We don't buy, sell, lease or trade visitor data. No ad trackers; no third-party analytics. The only external code is the carriers' application system, loaded solely when you navigate to the apply page.
